My Hallow E'en Drawings ^_^

I decided to pull out my trusty drawing pad & be a lil' creative during our power outage amid Hurricane Irene!  The first drawing is done in Ebony pencil.  With the second drawing, I decided to redo the first one, but in my favorite signature colors...black, orange & white!  I used simple Sharpie markers for the vibrant black & orange.  I think I may go ahead & have the latter matted &  framed for my wall.  ^_^

Fabulous work my friend! You really should draw more often. I was wondering if you all had any of the hurricane up your way. I was told that the coastal states didn't get it as bad as places like Vermont and New York. But if your power is out, then you must have gotten something! Hate to here that....having suffered through the heat here when our air broke was miserable and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Hope you didn't get any damage or flooding! And that Marc can get to work okay! Keep me posted.

Thanx Wens! I like the one I did in color better! I have to be in the right mood to pull out my drawing pad from the cobwebs! The hurricane did some damage to most of my town...many down power lines & trees. We didn't suffer any terrible damage at my home, but others weren't so lucky. We lost power for about 2 days. The kids start of school has been delayed until 9/6. No power at either of their schools yet. They already have to make up 4 days at the end of the school year! Gah! Hope you're enjoying your alone time since school started for your chitlins! ^_^
